The global Information Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA) team in coordination with the global MEL team is launching this consultancy to develop a monitoring toolkit to measure the relevance, utility, appropriateness and effectiveness of legal information provision across different modalities.
Also, to develop a theory of change for ICLA-s digital information provision and the MEL framework to measure expected changes. The project must be completed by the end of October 2024.
