Strengthening Democratic Citizenship Education in Albania”, funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and implemented by the Council of Europe 2019-2026, is looking for interested candidates for the provision of local consultancy services with a particular expertise on education for democratic citizenship and human rights education and democratic school governance.
Interested consultants are invited to apply and submit their offer for the provision of local consultancy services in line with the Tender File and the Act of Engagement, which contain a full description of the terms and conditions of engagement and the scope of activities.
