Discription: Description UNDP/BPPS/Effectiveness Team is looking to engage an individual consultant who will inform the work of APC Colombia and a small number of pioneering countries from the South, who are developing their own frameworks to assess the effectiveness of their SSC. The findings from the paper will feed into the ‘synthesis report on the status of the effectiveness of SSC’ (Output 1.3 of the work plan of the “Action Area” led by APC Colombia) and directly inform the 3 ongoing reform of the GPE
