Scope: The Consultant will be responsible for designing a marketing plan/strategy and implementing selected activities from that marketing plan targeting Jamaica-s key source markets (USA, UK, Canada, etc.). Such activities could include:
- Creative design, capture and production of high-resolution video and still imagery;
- Media buying and placement of paid and non-paid advertisements; and
- Public relations and promotional activities.
