Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Interim Evaluation on Theme of Support for Territorial Development and Political Influence Actions in Favor of Sustainable Food Systems - Peru and Bolivia

The SIA consortium of Belgian NGOs Humundi, Iles de Paix and Autre Terre is looking for an expert (consultant) or consulting firm, supported by a team in both countries, who meets the following requirements:

Strong experience (at least 5 years) in external evaluation of food and nutrition security / agroecology / sustainable food systems / territorial development processes, advocacy and governance / production support projects-programs / gender / with the support of NGOs; Experience
in Latin America and evidence of a good knowledge of the countries of program implementation;
Experience in the use of mixed evaluation methods (qualitative and quantitative);
Mastery of Spanish / other, written and spoken;
Writing skills;
Preferably residing in Peru or Bolivia.
The evaluator/consultant is expected to have duly registered his/her professional activity in his/her country of residence.

Expected results
The expected results of the evaluation are the following:

An interim report (to be submitted within 5 calendar days of the end of the mission) and a final report;
A final report which should be a maximum of 40 pages (excluding appendices).
A PPT presentation of the evaluation results (a maximum of twelve slides) that can be shared with partners and other stakeholders in the SIA Programme.
A one-page note containing the “key messages” to be retained from the evaluation.
