Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy to Prepare Draft Revised Cariforum Rules of Procedure
The purpose of this project is to address the evolving governance and financing framework of CARIFORUM by reviewing and revising the CARIFORUM Rules of Procedure on the basis of the recommendations agreed to by the Council of Ministers of CARIFORUM. This will enable CARIFORUM to discharge its mandate with
greater effectiveness and efficiency, serve the interests of the CARIFORUM States and remain
relevant while ensuring good governance and sustainability.
The Consultant will deliver the following:
Result 1: Draft Revised CARIFORUM Rules of Procedure.
Result 2: An Explanatory Memorandum on Draft Revised CARIFORUM Rules of Procedure.
Result 3: Recommendations as to any additional modifications to be made to the
CARIFORUM Rules of Procedure.
