Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy for Project Lead for the Caricom Boost: Women Andyouth in Agriculture

The Agricultural & Agro-Industrial Development Directorate of Economic Integration, Innovation and Development of the CARICOM Secretariat is seeking a consultant for the period of fourteen (14) months to coordinate and supervise the related project activities under the BOOST: Women and Youth in Agriculture Project. The Consultant is required to provide project lead and management services in achieving the following:

· Construction of 47 shade houses

· Supply of inputs and linkages to input supplier

· Registration of 10 Business Clusters

· Procurement of technical Experts (Service Contracts)

· Production Training for Beneficiaries ( Service Contract)

· Procurement of 15 cold storage facilities

· Development of operations and maintenance manual

· Training in use and management of cold storage units

· Procurement of harvest and storage crates

· Procurement of Technical Experts (Service Contracts) - Business Development Officers

· Support to facility managers to develop governance structures.
