Objective
The Overall Objective of this Assignment is to Assist Igad in Formatting, Graphic Designing and Printing of the following Documents:
· Igad State of the Region Report, 2020
· Igad Regional Strategy 2021-2025
· Igad Regional Strategy Implementation Matrix 2021-2025
Scope
The Scope of the Assignment will Therefore be:
· Formatting of the Aforementioned Documents
· Design and Layout of Documents for Printing and Electronic Distribution;
· Provide Pictures, Graphics and Illustrations for Emphasis in the Document.
· Printing of Documents
Deliverables
· Soft Copy for each of the Products Indicated Outlined above, Ready for Printing
· the Low-Resolution Final Design for Website and Social Media Usage.
· Full Usage Rights for Illustration and Any Graphic Pictures in the Design;
· Printed Products.

Qualification and Expertise
The Successful Firm is Required to Meet the following Criteria:
· Publishing Firm Specializing in Graphic Design, Communication, Languages, Translation, or Related Fields with Minimum 10 Years- Relevant Experience.
· Strong Practical Background in Graphic Design, including the Use of Design Software Such as Adobe Design Premium, in-Design, Coreldraw.
· Working Experience in Development or Humanitarian Environment is Desirable
· Fluency in English is Required
· Proof of Undertakings of Similar Assignments will be an Added Advantage.
