Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service Provider for the Project the Economic Rehabilitation for Startups Affected by the Israeli Aggression in may 2021

Scope of work

Under the framework of this project, PITA is considering the selection of a highly qualified Business Consultancy company, where the company will follow up and conduct needs assessment visits up to 40 entrepreneurial small projects and start-ups to specify the top entrepreneurial small projects and start-ups that need to support, then conduct a business plan assessment to specify what is needed and prioritize these needs for each startup. The selected company will provide guidance to the selected startups through consulting sessions, help them expand and improve their business models and plans by understanding their needs and goals, assess strengths and weaknesses point, and also help optimize current business practices while developing new and improved management methods, and help them in design new marketing campaign also the company will respond to follow-ups the implementation plan., at the end of the project, the company will be responsible to provide a final report.

The need will be divided into two types to be assessed: First, the need for technology through es used in the work environment, and Second: The different aspects of business activities (planning, marketing, management, etc.) and their weaknesses points, according to these needs, the support will take two-phase: 1- upgrading technologies in the work environment, will be arranged to meet the main needs of the company (Equipment, tools, etc.), which will work to develop and organize the process of progress and help the company to advance and competition, 2- Upgrading Business Plan, to receive business consulting session to update their business plans, model …etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Conduct a needs assessment of the list of startups (up to 40 startups), to determine the startup's needs to support

· Introduce new business methods and

· Educate, lead and supervise to ensure

· Upgrading Business plan and management needs for the startups, such as Company current status assessment (the financial situation with analysis, human resource, production, etc), market study, competitors- study, needs identification, marketing plan, Challenges, recommendations, and suggestions listed by priority level.

· Help with design and conduct the Marketing plan for the startups

· Help with implementing suggested plans and strategies.

· Identify problems - contribute to problem-solving or minimize the negative impacts on the business.

· Help in determining the requirement, equipment, and software needed for each company

· Perform a Gap analysis regarding the capacity strengths and weaknesses of each

· Help entrepreneurs/startups with challenges in order to increase revenue or

· Improve the way startups manage their resources (Both financial and technical)

· Conduct monthly progress report

· Prepare final Report for the consulting phase
