Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Services.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor-s degree in Architecture/ Engineering.
10+ years of experience in Architecture/ Engineering work.
Knowledge of architectural design standards including local Lebanese standards.
Knowledge of architectural and structural calculation tools and software (ETAB, ROBOT, or similar).
Ability to evaluate technical proposals.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong English and Arabic writing and communication skills.
Knowledge of MS office and CAD software.

Scope of work:

Preliminary Site Visits:

a. Conduct initial site visits for all three locations.

b. Assess site conditions, constraints, and opportunities

c. Provide a report detailing findings and recommendations.

As-Built Drawings:

a. Develop accurate and detailed as-built drawings.

b. Incorporate any modifications or changes identified during the site visits.

c. Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

Architectural Design:

a. Develop a comprehensive architectural design based on client requirements.

b. Provide conceptual sketches, floor plans, and elevations.

c. Incorporate sustainable and innovative design principles.

Tender Documents and Support:

a. Prepare comprehensive tender documents.

b. Assist in the tendering process, including pre-bid meetings.

c. Respond to inquiries from potential bidders.

d. Evaluate and recommend suitable contractors based on bids received.

Supervision and Office Backup:

a. Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design and specifications.

b. Regular site visits during the construction phase.

c. Provide office backup support for documentation and correspondence.

d. Verify completed milestones and work against agreed-upon payment schedules.

e. Issue payment certificates in accordance with project progress.

Snagging and Handing Over:

a. Conduct thorough snagging inspections to identify and rectify defects.

b. Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues.

c. Facilitate the smooth handover of the project to the client.
