The American Embassy in Lima Peru has a requirement for a contractor to provide Consultancy services for the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Section (INL) operation. The Embassy plans to award a purchase order submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive.
