Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for Development of a National Sanitation Strategy (Urban and Rural Areas)
The assignment requires firms or consortia with 15yrs relevant expertise and experience in conducting technical, operational and institutional analysis of WASH, and in advising on National Sanitation Strategy and Action Plan in settings similar to Angola. Firms must also demonstrate either actual Water and Sanitation institution management or regulatory experience or a long track record of advising Ministries of Water and Sanitation on different aspects of water and sanitation providers and reform, in an operating environment similar to the Project's.
