Description : Consultancy Services for the

“Development of the Risk Assessment Tool”

1. The PHILIPPINE ATMOSPHERIC, GEOPHYSICAL AND ASTRONOMICAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (PAGASA), through the Green Climate Fund, intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Six Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Php9, 640, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for Consulting Services for the “Development of the Risk Assessment Tool”.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The PAGASA now calls for the submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) and eligibility documents for the Consulting Services for the “Development of the Risk Assessment Tool”. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before 28 May 2024, 11:00 AM at the Amihan Conference Room, 2/F PAGASA Central Office2. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
