Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services (firm): Development of The Strategic Plan for The Parliamentary Training Academy (PTA) for Zimbabwe.
The services included under this project are; (i) Hold inception meetings with members of the Liaison and Coordination Committee (LCC) and Senior Members of staff of Parliament where a report outlining the consulting firm or individual-s understanding of the task and the proposed methodology to undertake it will be reviewed; (ii) Carry out stakeholder mapping and analysis and situation analysis of PTA-s operations to date. (iii) Facilitate a two (2) day strategic planning workshop through a consultative process, identify focus area and develop strategic objectives and key result areas for the same; (iv) Propose a strategy for achieving the PTA-s strategic objectives and key results; (v) Develop a Results and Resources Framework for the planned period; (vi) Develop a Risk Matrix; (vii) Develop a Resource Mobilisation Strategy for the PTA; (viii) Develop an implementation plan for the PTA; (ix) Hold a workshop to validate the draft Strategic Plan, the name, legal status and governance structure (organogram) for the PTA; (x) Finalise and submit the Strategic Plan and structure (organogram) of the PTA Parliament; (xi) Carry out a comprehensive job analysis with a view to establishing job descriptions for key jobs on the governance structure/organogram; (xii) Carry out a job evaluation exercise with a view to coming up with a grading system for all the jobs.
