The objective of this consultancy is to enhance capacity for food safety management in Grenada through provision of introductory and intermediate level ‘train-the-trainers- HACCP training for GDBS, MNIB and Ministry of Agriculture staff and other relevant stakeholders on how to develop and implement a HACCP plan, conduct HACCP audit and monitoring. The duration of the assignment is expected to be fourteen (14) workdays over a period of four calendar months.
