PFT intends to enter into a framework agreement with KPMG for consultancy services for ID-professional competence. The contract period is 2 + 1 + 1 years. ID-professional competence is knowledge on the two main processes of issuance (mainly passports and ID cards) and checks before and after issuing and border control of identity and ID evidence. The issuing process requires knowledge of the Passport and ID Card Act, the regulations, the systems that produce ID evidence and how the systems interact. Knowledge of the security elements and legislation and standards that regulate travel certificates and identity certificates, including electronic identity certificate, is required. Knowledge about national and international regulations and systems for border control, national regulations and systems for physical control of identity in the territory, as well as rules and different systems for controlling an electronic identity, is necessary for the control process. Knowledge of biometry in all processes is a prerequisite for providing assistance in this competition.
