Description : Purpose: CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIRD-PARTY MONITORING (TPM) FOR THE FY 2022 LGSF-GEF AND LGSF-CMGP PROJECTS

"1) Third Party Monitoring (TPM) shall be undertaken by a DILG Accredited non-govermnent entity deployed to provide an independent perspective on project performance and shall augment existing monitoring capacities. It shall be duly registered and accredited by the DILG as implementing agency and has an organization complete with structure and staffing pattern.

2) The TPM shall cover a minimum of 35 infrastructure and non-insfrastructure LGSF-GEF & LGSF-CMGP projects reported as completed and/or ongoing in the Subaybayan System.

3) The services of the TPM are expected to be accomplished based on the duration details of each project being monitored and shall be submit the Terminal Report not later than September 30, 2024.
