Description : The Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure Consultancy Services for Maintenance and Training of ISO 9001:2015 through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
