Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services in Monitoring, Learning, and Reporting”, through funding from the European Union (EU), within the project titled “Civil Society Empowerment for Social Change in Jerusalem: Strengthening Grassroots Networks and Partnerships Project

GENERAL CONDITIONS

· The submitted offers should be in Euro, Not including VAT. The tenderer should be able to issue an official invoice in addition to a valid deduction at the source certificate or will deduct a percentage from the final payment (according to the Palestinian Taxation department & laws).

· UCS is not obligated to award to the lowest price offer.

· Offers that don-t meet the minimum requirements or received after the deadline will be discarded and not considered in the next steps.

· Technical and financial offers must be submitted separately in sealed signed and stamped envelopes with the required documents to UCS office in Jerusalem at the below address no later than 14:00 p.m. (Jerusalem Time) on Monday 30th of September 2024 to the attention of UCS Procurement Committee.
