Consultancy Services for Renewable Energy Strategy Framework KAHRAMAA would like to contract an international and qualified Consultant to develop a comprehensive Qatar Renewable Energy Strategy (QRES), the first of its kind in Qatar, which shall serve as a basis for deployment of RE in Qatar. The Consultant shall develop a comprehensive strategy and an action plan for the development of renewable energy in Qatar in alignment with QNV2030, with clear targets and initiatives, and propose with sufficient details the necessary technical, economic and financial, legal, and institutional measures required to achieve these targets.
