Proven track record of successfully delivering similar database system development projects or other complex IT systems development. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT sector, specifically providing consultancy services for database solutions. - Evidence of previous experience in designing, developing, and implementing database systems. Shall have a minimum of three (3) experiences in integration of data from multiple sources into cohesive database structure and developing a database serving as a unified platform for managing users efficiently. -Experience working with multi-stakeholders from international donors, public and private sectors, and citizens. Shall have one (1) experience convening and coordinating multiple stakeholders workshops or meetings
