Through the current assignment, the client wishes to conclude an agreement regarding consultancy regarding work space strategy.
The client has started a project with the working title 'Innovative working environment for administrative work at UZ Leuven'.
The onmanagement for the project was 4-fold:
* increasing demand for offices versus available space
* spirit of the times and developments in the digital field
* neighbor balance on future projects
* attractive working environment
The objective of the project is to create a sustainable working environment that contributest to a positive work experience for UZ Leuven staff members when carrying out their administrative tasks.
