Scope of Work
The consultant/team consultants expected carry out following tasks achieve above-mentioned objective.
· To review results our implementation current SMP, identify key challenges, lessons learnt, ways forward, contribute promoting press freedom, journalism, access information Cambodia.
· To develop new strategic plan which identify strategic priorities the CCIM the community media the next 5 (2025-2029) by conducting consultative meetings relevant stakeholders members inform new strategic planning, needs assessment members potential members accurately identify priorities, well perception survey CCIM beneficiaries.
