The Australian Institute of Marine Science (AIMS) has developed a capital works programme at Cape Cleveland Facility (Townsville) to support its continued growth and expansion associated with the ongoing research demands and resilience of the institute. The purpose of this request for tender (RFT) is to seek a Consultant for Master Planning and Architectural Design Services who will : Review and update selected existing design documentation given some of the available design documentation does not reflect existing conditions. Develop a site masterplan incorporating the requirements of the various projects (inclusive of the concept design outputs). Develop concept designs and provision of the concept design deliverables on the nominated projects (these concept design deliverables will be used to inform funding business cases). Develop detailed design and for construction documentation as per the requirements of this brief on the nominated projects that are presently approved to progress into detailed design. Provide construction phase support on the projects as presently approved to progress into construction. The specific requirements are further detailed within this RFT Package and supporting documentation (Part A, B, C, D, E, F, G, & H).
