Assessment Study for K. AFCO Depots
In response to a request from the Kuwait Aviation Fuelling Company, a subsidiary of the
Kuwait National Petroleum Company, the Internal Purchasing Committee (IPC) for Tenders
of Kuwait Aviation Fueling Company (KAFCO) announces the list of Bidders invited to 28-
24/23participate in the Limited Tender No. for the Consultant for Risk Assessment Study for
KAFCO Depots.
We would like to draw your attention to Article 16 of Law No. 49 of 2016 regarding Public
which states that the aforementioned tender will be Issued to the following listed in total) no
less than 30days from the 40Bidders (date of publication of this announcement in the official
gazette "Kuwait Al-Youm".
Any interested party whose name is not included in the list of invited Bidders has the right to
appeal their exclusion or to request participation in the tender, supported by relevant
documents, addressed to the Chairman of the Kuwait Aviation Fuelling Company (KAFCO)for
Tenders of KPC and its subsidiaries within 30 days from the date of this announcement.
