Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is technical, legal and financial consulting services in the preparation of a project in the EPC model in the field of improving energy efficiency in 6 buildings/complexes of public buildings through thermal modernization and optimization of consumption.heat energy and electricity along with an energy consumption management system. The subject of the contract includes the provision of comprehensive consultancy in the field of project facilitation, consisting in the thermal modernization of a maximum of 6 buildings/complex of public buildings in the EPC model (Project). Facilitation afterwill consist in technical, legal and financial advice aimed at ensuring that the City concludes an energy efficiency improvement agreement (EPC model agreement) within the meaning of the Act of May 20, 2016 on energy efficiency.
