ESPCI currently manages a portfolio of patents on inventions resulting from its teams. The 9 families of patents concerned are valued by the ESPCI on an exceptional basis, at the express request of the researchers who are at their origin. All other patents from ESPCI are valued soit by Paris Sciences et Lettres under a partnership, or by the joint supervision of the laboratories (CNRS, etc.). The 9 patent families concern vitrimer technology, which belongs to the field of polymer chemistry. The contract holder must respond to all of the following requests.benefits: Assistance in filing a priority patent application Monitoring procedures for obtaining patents Management of extensions through national/regional applications and entry into national/regional phases Publication of all patent applications Management of Assignments from inventors tobenefit of beneficiaries Financial monitoring of files Help with the valorization strategy
