Team composition
The consulting firm NGO may propose the team composition, with justification. The team composition may van-
based on task requirements. However, the inclusion of a suitably qualified and experienced Team Leader for the
full duration of the assignment is essential.
Project Duration
Upon awarded, the consulting firmNGO must complete all activities by 31st December 2025. It is expected
that the work is convened around end of Q2 2023 post contracting process of the awarded consulting firm NGO.
Supenision and Reporting
The consulting firm NGO will report directly to DHS focal point. The team will work closely with other MoH
departments. This role may also require collaborating with Provincial Health Departments, Operational
Districts, and hospitals to ensure suitability of the new forms.
