Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Eight Million Six Hundred Three Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos (Php78, 603, 975.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Consulting Services for the Conduct of the Panay Railway Feasibility Study with Project ID No. CBAC-PPDO-CS-2024-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The DOTr now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Project. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before 20 May 2024, 10:00AM at Unit 62, The Columbia Tower, Ortigas Avenue, Brgy. Wack-Wack, Mandaluyong City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Late submission of Eligibility Documents shall not be accepted.
