Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services for the Feasibility Study for Gove-Menongue Transmission Project Angola Energy Sector Efficiency and Expansion Program (ESEEP) Phase I.
The services included under this project are carrying out a complete feasibility study for the
transmission project up to the bankable stage including techno-economic studies, an Environmental and
Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), and a Resettlement Action Plan (RAP). The Feasibility Study will
be divided into two parts: (a) Phase I - Preliminary Feasibility Study and Phase II - Detailed Feasibility
Study. The proposed study aims to:
i) Identify the most viable alternative to expand the grid to Menongue;
ii) Analyze the technical, economic, and financial feasibility, as well as the environmental and
social impact of the transmission line project, including Gender Assessment to identify
associated gender risks
iii) Define the institutional framework of the project;
iv) Prepare the Project Information Memorandum (PIM)
Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by October 21 2021, before 15:30 (local
time) and mention “Consultancy for Feasibility Studies for Gove-Menongue Transmission Project” or emailed to procurement@rnt.co.ao.
