Description : REQUEST FOR ExPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT OF DOCUMENT TRACKING AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (DTMS)
1. The Commission on Human Rights (CHR), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Pesos (PhP8, 000, 000) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of the services to do the Software Development of Document Tracking and Management System (DTMS);
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The CHR now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the shortlisting of bidders for Software Development of Document Tracking and Management System (DTMS);
