To appoint an experienced and suitably qualified company to conduct an annual consumer experience survey examining the end-to-end consumer experience journey in the telecommunications sector as described below: a) The Survey must cover Fixed-Broadband (Fiber), Mobile Broadband and Mobile services. b) To ensure that questionnaires remain concise, preventing respondent fatigue and ensuring more accurate responses. Each survey will be divided into focused modules based on key indicators of consumer experience.
