Tender Details

Divert NS requires a contact management system to add, edit and manage all external stakeholder contacts in one place. Doing so supports business continuity and replaces the need for multiple Excel contact lists, which often have outdated or duplicate contact information. The preferred solution would support direct integration with Microsoft Outlook desktop email client. The ability for a “super user” to manage all contacts and generate mailing lists via a management console is also required. The solution must also support the categorization of contacts into specified groups, or multiple groups if needed. This service will initially be contracted for a one-year term.
Deadline : 2025-03-27
