1. The subject of the order is the service consisting in:
a) part 1 of the order - Continuation of management and animation activities of the Entrepreneurial Discovery Process as part of the Małopolska smart specialization of Life Sciences;
b) part 2 of the order - organization of the management structure and animation of the ProcessEntrepreneurial Discovery (PPO) as part of the Małopolska smart specialization Sustainable energy

The contract performance conditions are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced to the public procurement contract - templateof the agreement and constitute appendix 1Ca to the swz (part 1) and 1Cb to the swz (part 2) respectively (hereinafter referred to as the contract template).
