The contract, under a design-build regime, consists of the construction of a new bridge over Ribeira Grande and its respective road accesses, at km 041 406 of the EN245. Its implementation will make it possible to re-establish the connection between the two banks via the EN245, that is, to re-establish the connection betweenthe clusters of Fronteira and Alter-do-Chao, as well as the accessibility of the village of Vale de Seda to the county seat.
