Hanke lühikirjeldus : Competition in accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 1009 - § 1013. The object of the competition is the Plastic Waste Feeding System (“PWFS”) for industrial testing which the Contracting Authority intends to have constructed, following the successful outcome of the tender exercise. Provided that the tender exercise result are positive, the Contracting Authority intends to engage a competent and experienced Tenderer to carry out the EPC works of the PWFS. Site visit information is indicated in the Part A - Instructions for Tenderers Section 7.4.
