Project management mission for the transfer of the bus station of the Commerce station in Nantes.

The purpose of this project management project is to carry out development projects. 'public spaces to allow the circulation and the stop of bus on several sites in the historic center of Nantes or in its immediate proximity-(backup sector, backup and enhancement plan). Most of the time, this will involve adapting recent qualitative improvements to create platforms or bus lanes.

The contract covers a project management mission within the meaning of Law no. 85-704 of 12.7.1985 and the Decree No. 93-1268 of 29.11.1993 including the following missions:

- before Project (Avp) and planning permission

- project (Pro)

- assistance for the execution of works contracts (Act)

- studies of execution and synthesis (exe)

- direction of the execution of works (Det)

- scheduling, control and coordination (Opc)

- assistance to the operations of reception and guarantee of perfect completion (Aor).

in order to be eligible for the application, the candidate will submit:

- an explanatory note from the candidate or the candidate team presenting the constitution of the team and the complementarite between its members with regard to the object of the market. This note may mention the references of the candidate - or members of the candida team- in relation to the object of the market.

- indication of the titles of studies and professionals of the members of the project management team.

the candidate will have to justify competences in the following fields:

- landscape / town planning / architecture,

- engineering in the fields of roads and various networks,

- opc

- traffic regulation

- Illustration of 5 references in total for the whole of-grouping, relevant to the purpose of the present master control project. They will be presented on the basis of A4 sheets (one sheet per project completed) and summarizing date, amount, project owner, project program, authorized representative / co-contractors, project area)

- the 5 references requested concern the whole team, agent included; they can therefore reflect the experience of 1 to 5 of its members, at the choice of each team, but can not exceed 5 in total.
