The TEAG Thueringer Energie AG plans to expand the main administration of its headquarters in Schwerborner Strasse in the state capital of Erfurt into a TEAG Campus.

The technical requirements of the individual works to be regulated by the building automation are listed below:
Heating:
The heat transfer on the upper floors takes place with concrete core activation and, for better controllabilityt of the rooms, with activated ceiling sails and activated plasterboard ceilings. These are connected to thermal sockets. Both systems are supplied via distributors in the corridor zones. In addition, a door air curtain system as well as underfloor heating are planned.
Sanitaer:
Each module will be adjoined to the staircase core by building 3 adjacent, almost identical WC areastet. On the ground floor, a sanitary area is realized in the connector between the modules, assigned to the conference area. For commercial workplaces in module 2, a small changing / washing and shower area is planned. In addition, a cafeteria kitchen will be set up in Module 1.
Ventilation technology:
Two meeting rooms will be waiting in the nearly identical upper floorse, 2 tea kitchens, 2 sanitary areas, 4 copy rooms and 2 internal technical rooms. On the ground floor, 2 further sanitary areas, 4 conference rooms and some internal rooms are mechanically ventilated. For the supply of the aforementioned premises, two central ventilation units are installed on the roof. Decentralized refrigeration technology:
