Building maintenance work on buildings at the Poligrafico plant in Foggia.

Building maintenance interventions manufactured at the Poligrafico plant in Foggia. In paIn particular, these interventions concern: renovation of plasters, smoothing and painting, rebuilding of pavement sections, rehabilitation of concrete elements and restoration of facade finishes.

Non-existence of the grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, of any other situation that determines the exclusion from tenders and / or the inability to contract cwith the public administration, as well as the disqualification cause referred to in art. 53, paragraph 16 ter of Legislative Decree no. 165 / 2001.

The tender procedure will be entirely managed on the electronic purchasing system of the Poligrafico accessible at www.eproc.ipzs.it, pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree 50/2016; to participate, the interested economic operators must therefore preventively and obligetypically register with the portal www.eproc.ipzs.it according to the methods described in the Tender Regulations. The duration of the contract may be extended, pursuant to art. 106, c. 11, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor. In this case the contractor will be required to perform the servicesoni provided in the contract at the same prices, agreements and conditions or more favorable for the Poligrafico. The provisions relating to the method of presentation of the requested documentation, as well as the indications relating to the performance of the procedure, are contained in the announcement and in the Tender Regulations to which reference is made. These documents are available in electronic format on the website www.eproc.ipzs.it in the section relating to the tender procedure. Any additional information and / or clarifications regarding the subject of the contract and / or the procedures for participating in the tender, may be requested using the appropriate section of the system for the tender in question. Requests, which must be made in Italian, must be received by 8.7.2019 at 12:00. The operations dthe opening of the may be followed by each participant in the procedure also connecting remotely to the computerized purchasing system of the Poligrafico. The competitor agrees to receive communications pursuant to art. 76 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 in the specific section of the system for the tender in question, and indicates the alternative elected domicile for the aforementioned communications in the case ofsystem availability and in any case in any case where Poligrafico deems it appropriate.
