Conclusion of a non-exclusive discount agreement in accordance with Section 130 a (8) SGB V on Erlotinib
Section 130a (8) SGB V enables health insurers (KK) and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount contracts for medicinal products to be paid at the statutory KK. The GWQ is a society for economy and quality at KK. Section 130a (8) sentence, 5 SGBV for their shareholder and customer funds. GWQ ServicePlus AG intends to conclude non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for the above-mentioned Closing active substance with contract start on 1.4.2020. This contract canAll interested companies can join at any time during the contract period on the same terms (approval model).
The GWQ assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of antitrust law due to the lack of a selection decision and therefore the non-discriminatory accessibility of all pharmaceutical companies. The contract documents, die participating health insurance companies and their turnover as well as the dates for the registration of the contract can be viewed and downloaded from the GWQ ServicePlus AG award portal at http://vergabeportal.gwq-serviceplus.de. Until the start of exclusive contracts, this transition agreement is open to all market participants to join.
Upon receipt of the signed contracts / declaration and renewalFrom March 10, 2019, a first report can be made on April 1, 2020.
