The city of Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock writes about the Central SubmissionsExhibit the process and mechanical equipment (lots 1-5) for the new building ozonation, sand filtration and waste agent plant in the sewage treatment plant in Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock, Wapelweg 45.

Main Site: Listed in the tender documents.

Lot 5 comprises in Essentially the following delivery and installation services:

- 1 piece ozone generator including switching unit / control, cooling water supplysupply and ozone gas distribution system for 2 dosing points, nominal output 3 300 gO3 / h, accommodation in on-site machine building;

- Control and regulation concept for efficient load-dependent ozone metering in the ozone reactor including implementation on the automation station of the ozone generator;

- 1 piece diffuser entry system with a total of 7 pipe diffusers;

- 1 piece of residual ozone destructionr incl. demister for water droplet separation for outdoor installation on the ozone reactor;

- 1 piece pressure / vacuum valve on the ozone reactor;

- Measurement technology: ozone measurement in the product gas, ozone measurement in the ozone-containing exhaust gas from the ozone reactor, room air monitoring for oxygen and ozone;

- outdoor display with flashing light and horn;

- Flow fittings made of stainless steel sheets and approx. 5 m stainless steel pipeDN 400 in the ozone reactor;

- approx. 25 m stainless steel pipes DN 32 DN 65 for O2, O3 and cooling water in the machine building and in the ozone reactor;

- Work and assembly planning, commissioning and trial operation, documentation.

1. With the offer: self-declarations on reliability, self-declaration onr Suitability (form 124), declaration of bidder / working group (form 234 - if applicable), list of services / capacities of other companies (form 235 - if applicable), information on price determination according to form 221 or 222, query SMEs,

2. On request: breakdown of unit prices based on form 223 for all LV positions, obligation statementother companies (Form 236 - if applicable). Submit on request:

- Entry in the professional register;

- Original calculation (in the case of an order by the contractor).

To be provided on request: 3 references with the minimum information listed in form 124, information on labor force of the past 3 years with the minimum information listed in form 124, evidencer the payment of taxes and levies, proof of the contributions to the statutory social insurance - also for subcontractors and lenders of workers, certificates of no objection from the tax office or certificates in tax matters, certificates of no objection from the social security fund (provided that the company is subject to contributions) - also for subcontractors and LendFrom labor force, safety certificates from the employer`s liability insurance association of the responsible insurance provider with details of the wages.

Contractual penalties: 0.2% per working day, 5% of the total order amount. The procurement documents are freely accessible on the Internet under the link mentioned in Section I.3) (OWL award portal).
