Cloud-based software installation of electronic lab journal and support

Cloud-based software installation of electronic laboratory journal and support. Main site: ISAR Bioscience GmbH

ISAR Bioscience GmbH intends to modernize its laboratory records current records no longer meet the requirementand are to be replaced by advanced cloud-based data collection (ELN) to achieve GxP compliance. The electronic lab journal is intended to support data collection across multiple file formats (including all Office formats). That is, it makes data completely searchable and enables a complete Vsion control and supports aspects that are required for both the 21CFR Part 11 and the GxP compliance.

a) Certificates (not older than 6 months) of the competent authorities of the Member State proving that the obligation to pay for the Social contributions, taxes and duties under the legislation of the country of the Community in which heresident is to be fulfilled. Evidence can also be provided by self-declaration;

b) Information in accordance with - 43 VgV, whether and in what manner the candidate cooperates with others in a relevant manner (Annexes 1 and 2),

c) information that the exclusion pursuant to - 123 (1) and (4) GWB are not available (Annex 3);

d) Letter of commitment to comply with the Min(a) Proof of company liability insurance with the following sums insured:

Personal injury: At least EUR 500 000.00 per claim, maximized twice per year. Property and property damage: At least EUR 250 000.00 per claim, maximized twice per year.

The liability insurance must be obtained from a third party liability insurer or credit institution authorized in the EUnstitut be completed. The liability insurance must be maintained and proven during the entire contract period. The Bidder must ensure that coverage for damages arising from the contract is covered by the insurance coverage in the amount of the cover sums specified in the contract. If the required insurance cover is above the basic insurance of the tenderer, dhe also provides the required insurance cover by concluding a project insurance or by additional cover by concluding a company liability (excess cover insurance) which is added to his basic insurance. A proof of insurance for the required company liability insurance or a written statement from the insurer on the increase of the companiesliability insurance in the case of an order must necessarily be included in the offer.

b) Evidence of an average minimum turnover in the last 3 completed business years (2016, 2017, 2018), the type of service which is the subject of the award of 250 000, 00 per year (average value per year).

The offer is submitted exclusively electronically via the allocation platformrm of AI-ILV GmbH. There, the tender documents must be opened, processed and submitted with the AI bidder cockpit, after the bidders have registered for free on the platform.

For the timely receipt of the participation application, only the access to the client is authoritative. This is only given, as far as all documents completely up to the expiration of the offer periodwere uploaded. It should be noted that there may be problems with the uploading of offers both on the part of the provider and on the system (eg: damaged files). Tenderers are therefore required to upload tenders in good time.

For consortia, the required declarations of reliability must be provided separately by each member.
