Description of the provision: The Department of Culture and Festivals celebrates this year the 25th anniversary of the Circus Circus Festival. To celebrate this anniversary, we want to hire a documentary that collects the history of the festival from the point of view of the Montgati public, of theOrganizers and the artists who participated. This is a contract that does not have to continue, as it will be an order that must be made during 2025 to present to the public during the last quarter ofl'any.
