JUSTIFICATION OF THE PROCEDURE D'UGència: This procedure will be processed by urgency, in accordance with the rules set in article 50 of Royal Decree-Law 36/2020, of December 30, which approves urgent measures for the modernization of Public administration and for the execution of the recovery, transformation and resilience plan. The declaration of urgency of the processing by the contracting body of this file is justified in the concurrence of the circumstances provided for in article 119 of the LCSP. We understand that it is reasons of public interest that enable this process, on the one hand, due to the obligation to comply with the deadlines provided in the bases of the call for aid with which the contract is co -founded, (funds from the plan of Recovery, transformation and resilience), as well as in the provisional resolution of granting of the same, and on the other hand, technical reasons linked to the execution of the service that make it necessary to accelerate the adjudication of the contract to make possible the execution of the service that, due to its realization in the sea, it is inexorably linked to the possibility of operating in the sea the vessels and equipment necessary for the performance of the work based on the weather conditions at certain times of the year, climatic conditions that can be make very expensive .....
