The FSR Administrative Commission (CA) decided that in the future, the projects and the sustained campaigns would be systematically evaluated. These evaluations must be implemented by evaluation partners. So that they can be mandated as needed, a framework contract must be concluded with each of the four partner organizations. In the event of a mandate, the evaluation partners are responsible for the detailed conceptual planning of the evaluation and the realization of the evaluation.
