Project Name : Irrigation Expansion Program through Surface Water Unsing Renewable Energy in Kawkhali, Langadu, Kaptai and Sadar Upazilas of Rangamati District

Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Thre tenderer is required to have a single work order in any Government/Semi-Goverment/Autonomous Institution within the last five financial years anywhere in the three hill districts (Rangamati, Bandarban & Khagrachhari), TK. 9.5 (Nine point five) lakhs should have similar work experience of Construction work. Experience of RCC Construction work will also be accepted.b) Tenderer must submit up to date trade license, VAT and Income Tax certificate. To avail Tax exemption, Tribal Traders have to submit proper evidence of NBR Tax exemption.c) The Tenderer shall have average annual construction turnover of minimum TK 9.5 (Nine point five) Lakhs over the last 5 (five) years. The work completion and payment certificates of the completed works during last 5 years should be submitted to calculate average annual turnover. Contractor will have to submit the statement of average annual construction turnover for the said amount / the document submitted. Turnover must be supported by Bank Statement of the Tenderer.d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities for the Tenderer shall be 9.5 (Nine point five) Lakhs in last 6 (six) months before published the tender notice. Sanctioned amount of line of credit & up to date balance of line of credit should be clearly mentioned in credit facilities certificate.e) The duration of Tender Security will be eight months for those, who submitted Bank Guarantee. Otherwise tender proposal will be cancelled.f) The work may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/design/budget allocation.
