The City of Regina is seeking firm pricing for the rental of one (1) radial stacking conveyor with a minimum length of 100' to a maximum of 130' and one (1) generator between 150kW and 200kW at 480 volts (includes neutral), three (3) phase that will connect to City owned motor control center (MCC). The rental is required from approximately October 15, 2024, to November 29, 2024; or up to eight (8) weeks. For equipment/units that are not currently in Regina, the conveyor and generator can be delivered directly to the Materials Yard between Toronto Street and St. John Street during regular yard hours at an estimated time to be determined prior to delivery. The City can also arrange for transportation from the local dealer (in Regina) of the equipment to the Materials Yard. The vendor will be responsible for delivering the unit to the yard or local dealer (the unit rate should include this cost). Submissions clearly marked "COR-6694 - Conveyor and Generator Rentals", in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at procurement@regina.ca. Please refer to section 1.4 RFQ timetable for important timelines and submission deadline. One (1) Stacking Conveyor The stacking conveyor will be used to stockpile during the production of a winter road maintenance material consisting of sand and salt. The salt is a sodium chloride rock salt, blended at ~5% salt to ~95% sand. The City of Regina will pressure wash the equipment after use.
