The total small business set-aside is removed.

The Clauses and Provisions document is updated as follows:

Remove AGAR Provision 452.219-70, Size Standard and NAICS Code Information. Remove FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Add FAR Clause 52.219-4, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns.Quote due date is extended to 11:00 AM CDT on May 6, 2024.

Questions in regards to this combined synopsis/solicitation are due no later than 10:00 AM CDT on April 29, 2024. Answers to any questions received by that time will be posted as an amendment to this combined synopsis/solicitation.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
