The total small business set-aside is removed.
The Clauses and Provisions document is updated as follows:
Remove AGAR Provision 452.219-70, Size Standard and NAICS Code Information. Remove FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Add FAR Clause 52.219-4, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns.Quote due date is extended to 10:00 AM CDT on July 25, 2024.
Questions in regards to this combined synopsis/solicitation are due no later than 1:00 PM CDT on July 11, 2024. Answers to any questions received by that time will be posted as an amendment to this combined synopsis/solicitation.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12505B24Q0178 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04 dated 05/01/2024.
