Tenders are invited for Corporate Booking and Travel Services.

Brief description of works/services required by the Company under this Tender includes, but not limited to: air-flight (business and economy, group and charter) / railway / bus tickets booking and issuance, including corresponding supporting services; hotels, apart-hotels and residences booking (both short and long term); MICE services; meet & greet services; organization and booking of transfers (both individual and group); visa supporting services; insurance of clients and luggage; travellers' profiles database completion and administration.

Please note that the Bidder as a minimum shall (but not limited to): have one (1) year experience in provision of corporate travel services in the Middle East (including the Republic of Iraq) and worldwide; have availability of 24/7 call-center & travel coordinator on 24/7 basis including weekends and holidays; accept key terms and conditions of the draft contract provided by the Company; compliance with the Company's security requirements.
